2009 NOT LOOKING GOOD ?
GLOOM, DOOM AND DESPONDENCY REARING IT'S UGLY HEAD?
DON'T GET, "DEPRESSED" / STRESSED.
It doesn't have to be like that.... TAKE CONTROL
Easier said than done? Not if you take positive action right now.
HERE'S SOME IDEAS FOR STARTERS
'Cut your cloth', to cover your basic budget. Work on this... it may not be as bad as you think, concentrate on things that don't cost so much for next year. Dig in and get some good advice.
MIND... Read some books. Go on a college or work related course. Learn how to knit. (or DIY). Read fact finding and self help books. Learn pottery, basket weaving, (whatever). Try to get away from the computer games and TV.
BODY... Dump the Gym subscription and the Sky channels. (How many can you watch). Dump the McDonalds etc. Go for walks. Jogs if you are able. (use sugar bags as weights and do sit ups at home) Grow some of your own food. Eat smaller portions of good food.
SOUL... Go to Church (Whatever religion you are). Secular? Fine... Join a like minded group. Try some meditation and relaxation exercises. Learn healing. Nurture your friendships. Help a neighbour. On your walks feel a sense of being part of the 'whole' and nature.
